This project encompasses comprehensive Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) services to deliver a modern, durable, and fully operational warehouse factory facility tailored to meet the client’s operational and logistical requirements. Situated in the strategic industrial zone of Pekanbaru, the facility is designed to support efficient storage, manufacturing processes, and distribution activities for Torren Penguin’s product lines. The project involves detailed engineering design, procurement of materials and equipment, and construction activities that comply with Indonesian industrial standards and international best practices. Key elements of the project include site preparation, civil and structural construction, mechanical and electrical installations, and integration of safety and environmental control systems. Upon completion, the warehouse factory will enhance PT Surya Sarana International’s production capacity, operational efficiency, and supply chain logistics, contributing to the company’s growth and competitive positioning in the Riau region.
