KEEP SAFETY

PT. Zekon Indonesia has implemented various HSE programs that aim to protect the safety and health of workers from risks that can cause injury or illness. With this program, the company not only ensures employee safety, but also increases productivity by reducing absenteeism caused by work accidents. In addition, companies that implement HSE programs effectively will be able to create a strong safety culture among employees.

There are many programs that we do. Starting from health, safety, and environmental programs in the work area. There are extra fooding, safety briefings, safety talks, health checks, hand tool and heavy equipment inspections, emergency simulations, and many others.

SAFETY BRIEFING

Safety Briefing is a short meeting that is routinely held before work begins to discuss safety, health and work environment issues.

SAFETY TALK

General safety talk is a routine activity, such as a short meeting, which is held in the workplace to provide education, socialization, and remind workers about the importance of work safety.

EXTRA FOODING

Extra Fooding for workers refers to the provision of additional food outside of regular working hours, usually given during overtime or special working conditions.

HEALTH CHECK

We ensure that all our workers receive the best health facilities.

INSPECTION

Inspections are very important to carry out, with the aim of preventing work accidents.

EMERGENCY SIMULATIONS

Emergency simulations are very important because they help improve the preparedness and skills of individuals and organizations in dealing with emergency situations such as fires or evacuations.

INSPECTION WORKPLACE AREA

A work area inspection is a process of thoroughly and systematically examining a work area to identify potential hazards and ensure that workplace conditions are safe and in accordance with occupational safety and health standards.

HEALTHY EXERCISE

Exercise is very beneficial for health because it increases muscle strength, body flexibility, maintains heart health, and prevents degenerative diseases. Gymnastics can also improve mood, reduce stress, and improve cognitive function.

MANAGEMENT WALKTHROUGH

This activity is carried out by management or top management to conduct a comprehensive review of various operational aspects, projects, or business processes.

SAFETY CAMPAIGN

Safety Campaign is very important because it can increase workers’ awareness of risks and hazards in the workplace, reduce accidents and occupational diseases, and build a strong safety culture.
