NDT Survey
Structural integrity assessment without compromising the asset.
Our Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) services offer advanced inspection and evaluation techniques to assess the condition and integrity of materials, structures, and components—without causing any damage. These services are critical in preventive maintenance, quality control, and life extension of assets across civil, industrial, marine, and energy sectors.

NDT Survey
Field NDT Inspection Services
We deploy certified inspectors and modern NDT equipment to conduct on-site evaluations in compliance with international standards (ASTM, ASME, ISO). Our services include:
- Ultrasonic Testing (UT): For internal flaw detection, thickness measurement, and weld inspection
- Magnetic Particle Testing (MT): For detecting surface and near-surface discontinuities in ferromagnetic materials
- Dye Penetrant Testing (PT): For identifying surface cracks in non-porous materials
- Radiographic Testing (RT): For internal imaging of welds and materials (film and digital X-ray)
- Visual Testing (VT): Using endoscopy, borescopes, and high-resolution cameras for structural inspection
- Rebound Hammer & Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity (UPV): For concrete integrity assessment
- Corrosion mapping & coating thickness measurement
Laboratory Testing & Data Analysis
NDT data is supported by in-house laboratory capabilities for further validation, documentation, and reporting:
- Interpretation and classification of defects
- Structural condition grading
- Integration with maintenance planning
- Reporting in accordance with QA/QC and project specifications
- Digital archiving and data management
Applications
Our NDT surveys are widely used for:
Pre- and post-construction quality assurance
Weld inspection in pipelines, tanks, and pressure vessels
Structural health monitoring in bridges, buildings, offshore platforms
Concrete structure evaluation (piers, slabs, foundations)
Inspection of ship hulls and marine structures
Plant maintenance and shutdown inspection
